Stanley holds a B.Eng. Degree (Electrical/Electronics Engineering- specializing in Communications Engineering Technology) from Federal University of Technology, Owerri and an MBA from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT Business School) Enugu.

He has over 30 years post-graduation experience, practicing Information and Communication Technology. Prior to his co-founding Routelink Group, 

he was the Chief Operating Officer of Cyberspace Group and an Assistant General Manager in the Information Technology Group of Zenith Bank Plc. In these positions 

he provided strategic leadership in business, technology and operations.

He is a corporate member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and member of the Institute of Directors (IoD).

He is an alumnus of SAID Business School of University of Oxford, IESE Business School of University of Navarra, Barcelona and Lagos Business School of Pan-African University, Lagos, Nigeria
